Frank L. Hearne
Frank L. Hearne practices law at Mechanik Nuccio Hearne & Wester, P.A located in Tampa, Florida. Providing advice to companies and individuals throughout the state on a variety of matters, Mr. Hearne has worked on projects involving the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and on projects involving Florida's five Water Management Districts and Region 4 of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Mr. Hearne bridges the intersection of corporate and environmental law having served as environmental counsel on many multiple-site real estate and business transactions on behalf of buyers, sellers, and lenders. He graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1981 where he was a member of the University of Florida Law Review.
Eric A. Cruz
Mr. Cruz is a partner with Bivins & Hemenway, P.A., and focuses on business law, real estate transactions, and estate planning. He also works on legal issues surrounding commercial law, corporate law, contracts, commercial real estate, real estate title insurance, leases and leasing, banks and banking, trusts, and probate. Mr. Cruz is the attorney at his firm that handles all of the residential real estate closings.
Mr. Cruz graduated from the University of Florida, where he studied business and estate planning topics. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and specifically a member of the Business Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division.
